While being parents of a child that suffers from far too many food allergies, we have come up with the area's only Gluten-Free/Allergen-Free Pizza*.
"The day Brandon asked if he could smell my pizza, I knew it was time to come up with a solution." We know how tough it is to please kids, and they can be the worst critics, but with over 5000 pizzas sold in a year, we are pleasing people and it humbles us more than you can imagine.
Our crusts and flatbreads are free of Gluten, Wheat, Corn, Soy, Egg, Casein, and Nuts. For those of you that have a dairy/lactose allergy, we do offer a fantastic cheese alternative on our pizza which is free of soy, casein, lactose, gluten, egg, wheat, barley, whey, rice, and nuts.
Cheese alternative allergen alert: This product does contain pea protein and coconut oil.

Mandy's can now par-bake our famous gluten-free/allergen-free crust and ship them vacuum packed to your door!
To save on shipping, we suggest that you buy them in orders of 5 crusts or more. They are shipped individually vac-packed to preserve freshness AND cross-contamination.
Our crusts DO NOT CONTAIN PRESERVATIVES so when you receive them at your door you MUST PLACE THEM IN THE FREEZER FOR STORAGE.

Baking Instructions:
Mandy's recommends either using a dedicated pizza stone OR dedicated pizza screen. Though a cookie sheet will work, you end up with a more realistic texture using our recommended options.
Frozen Pre-Topped Pizzas From Mandy's Westview:
1. Let pizza "proof" or "thaw" on your counter for about 30 Minutes or until edges are soft
2. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees
3. Bake for approximately 20 minutes or until cheese starts to brown
Frozen Store-Bought Mandy's Crusts:
1. Let crust "proof" or "thaw" on your counter for about 30 Minutes or until crust is soft
2. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees
3. Top with your favorite toppings
4. Bake for approximately 20 minutes or until cheese starts to brown
Par-Baked Mandy's Crusts:
1. If Frozen, let crust thaw if you have time, but it's not necessary
2. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees
3. Top with your favorite toppings
4. Bake for approximately 15 minutes or until cheese starts to brown
